Class information

Yoga in Chichester, Wednesdays at 1pm Join Corine on your Yoga journey and experience the many benefits of Yoga including improved flexibility, strength, balance, and overall well-being. Yoga is a journey of self-discovery, celebrating our beautiful imperfections and every stumble on the mat, all whilst having fun and exploring your body. In class, You’ll discover a blend of breath-work, a Gentle Vinyasa Flow and the serenity of Savasana, accompanied by a light meditation which will leave you feeling refreshed and energised. Yoga is for everyone, all abilities are welcome and if you are experienced, it's always refreshing to enjoy a gentle stretch and slow flow! Please bring your Yoga mat (or let me know if you need one) and water to keep you well hydrated. Wear loose and comfortable clothing/yoga clothes. Cancellations

Secure your spot by booking classes in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot in the class. Drop-ins are allowed based on availability, but booking in advanced is recommend To receive a full refund or credit, kindly cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the class. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time are non-refundable. You may reschedule your class up to 24 hours before the class start time. Membership packages must be used within the specified time frame; any unused sessions will not be refunded or carried forward.
