Yoga in The Witterings

Yoga is a wonderful practice that benefits both the mind and body and I am excited to offer additional classes to the Chichester community, based in The Witterings.

In classes, I use a combination of breathing techniques, relaxation, and physical postures to help you achieve a sense of balance and harmony creating a Blissful Yoga Flow.

My group classes, located in in Bracklesham Barn, specialise in Gentle, Beginners Yoga which are ideal for those who are new to the practice or those that fancy a slow stretch and flow.

I will guide participants through various poses and movements that help to build strength and flexibility while also bringing relaxation to the mind and body.

Looking for a more personalised experience? I also offer Private Yoga classes, as Yoga is a very personal practice, Private Classes are particularly beneficial for those who are looking for a more individual experience. Whether you are a beginner or experienced in Yoga, one-to-one classes are tailored to suit your individual needs and goals, giving you the opportunity to focus on areas that need a release whether you are looking for a stretch, tone or to allow your body to truly relax without any distractions.

Yoga has numerous benefits for both the mind and body. It helps reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, while also improving flexibility, balance, and posture. Yoga is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.
