Yoga in Schools
Bring a Little Zen to the School Day!
Stretch, wiggle, breathe and shine 🌈
Yoga is a wonderful way for children to move, have fun and take a little time to pause during their busy school day.
It gives children a chance to get out of their heads and into their bodies, with playful poses, breathing, stories and relaxation woven into each session.
Pupils can move, explore and discover simple ways to feel more focused, confident and calm, all while having a little fun along the way.

“Corine connects so naturally with the children and they absolutely love her sessions. It’s wonderful to see their little faces light up as they get involved and excited to take part. She brings a lovely sense of calm and fun to the school day.”
