Children's Yoga & Mindfullness Classes are adaptable to all ages, from nursery to age 16+ and can be seamlessly integrated into the PE and PSHE curriculum, or offered as as one-off sports day or a fun After School Club activity. Working together, we can create a nurturing environment where every student can thrive!
