Children's Yoga
Yoga is just as important as any other sport, and starting young can have lifelong benefits!
When practiced early in life, Yoga enhances the body's natural flexibility, bringing awareness to the body while building strength, balance, and confidence.
Children's Yoga is adaptable to all levels, ensuring every child feels included. For the youngest Yogis, we incorporate nursery rhymes into poses such as Boat Pose, singing "Row, Row, Row Your Boat" as we move. This combination of music and movement makes the practice engaging and fun.
As children grow older, imaginative meditations are introduced that encourages mindfulness and relaxation.

Fun poses named after familiar things, such as; Star Pose and Dog Pose, make yoga enjoyable for all age groups, sparking their creativity and enthusiasm.
Working with children’s natural rhythm and energy, we introduce the three fundamental principles of yoga: movement, breathing, and meditation. This holistic approach not only enhances their physical abilities but also fosters emotional and mental well-being, laying a strong foundation for a healthy, balanced life.
Join us in nurturing your child’s growth and happiness through the wonderful practice of yoga!
⭐ Testimony from St Anthony's Catholic Primary School, "Corine came into our school and led yoga workshops for all classes in our primary school. The children loved the sessions and were buzzing about them afterwards! We will definitely look to book Corine again!" ⭐
I have always enjoyed working with children. In the past, I have been a Scout Leader and a Teacher Assistant. More recently, I have found great joy in leading Children's Yoga Classes. Additionally, I hold a full, enhanced DBS check.
