Children's Yoga

Classes take children on an imaginative

adventure. Letting the body freely move whilst taking a trip to the zoo, by adding animal postures such as Puppy Dog and Dolphin making yoga fun for all age groups. Yoga is just as important as other sports activities.

Working with children’s natural rhythm and energy, the three principles of yoga are introduced: movement, breathing and meditation. The three principles of Yoga is a great way for children to explore their inner and outer bodies, enhancing mindfulness and positive body health. Yoga, when practiced at a young age, captivates the body's natural flexibility, bringing awareness to the body as well as building strength, balance and confidence.
