Mindfulness is a technique which involves noticing what's happening in the present moment and accepting thoughts, without judgement, with no ‘right or wrong’. This could be letting yourself pause for 2 or 20 minutes a day. Classes will explore many mindful techniques and include the practices of breath work, gratitude, journaling, meditation and walks.
Mindfulness helps you become more self-aware, calm, less stressed, manage thoughts and feelings positively, plus be kinder to yourself.
