I grateful to share that I have a built a beautiful community of people through my Yoga Classes at Eastney Community Centre. I lead several classes weekly including:
- Monday, 10am- Gentle Beginners Yoga
- Thursday, 5.45pm- Relax & Flow Yoga
- Thursday, 7pm- Gentle Beginners Yoga

It is so warming to observe the transformations through clients physical and mental well-being through a regular Yoga practice. Clients see a big change in their personal life from practicing Yoga with me, from being able to sit down cross-legged and play with their little loved ones to being able to meditate and take each day more mindful.

In addition to group classes, I offer Private Yoga Classes in Southsea, Portsmouth, and the surrounding Hampshire area, including Whitely and Petersfield. Private Classes take place in a location of your choosing, this could be your home, the beach or your favourite park.

Private Classes can accommodate 1:1 sessions as well as couples, or groups of friends for a birthday or hen party.
