Add a spring to your students day! Learning mindfulness at school is vital for positive mental health, body awareness and relaxation.

Incorporating Yoga into children's lives will help to cultivate an environment where they feel happier, calmer and more productive.
Yoga also helps increase focus and concentration as well as encourage and support self-confidence and self-discipline. Knowledge gained from using the body's natural tools, such as breathing techniques and centering the mind, will help children during exams and with general life-skills.
Yoga and Mindfulness classes can be implemented as part of PE and/or the PSHE curriculum as well as an After School Club activity.
