Class information

Join me on Wednesdays at 9:30 AM for Pregnancy Yoga Take a gentle pause, stretch and connect with your bump in a calm, supportive pregnancy yoga session. These classes are designed to help you feel balanced and nurtured, with lots of gentle movement, deep breathing and peaceful moments of stillness. Small classes (max 6 people) create a personal, welcoming space, perfect whether you’re new to yoga or continuing your practice in pregnancy. Expect soothing stretches, mindful flows and plenty of calm moments to just breathe and enjoy. Bring your yoga mat (let me know if you need one) and a bottle of water to stay refreshed. Wear loose, comfortable clothing to help you move freely. 📍 Where: Bracklesham Barn, Beech Ave, Bracklesham Bay, Chichester PO20 8HU Free car park available on-site.


Cancellations

Secure your spot by booking classes in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot in the class. Drop-ins are allowed based on availability, but booking in advanced is recommend To receive a full refund or credit, kindly cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the class. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time are non-refundable. You may reschedule your class up to 24 hours before the class start time. Membership packages must be used within the specified time frame; any unused sessions will not be refunded or carried forward.
