Expecting a baby is such a beautiful time, filled with excitement, love, wonder and sometimes a few wobbly moments!

 

Your body is doing something incredible and it deserves care, kindness and space to rest.

Pregnancy yoga offers you a gentle, nurturing place to slow down, breathe deeply and lovingly connect with both your body and your growing baby.

Through soft movement, stretching and relaxation, you’re invited to tune in, let go and simply be in this special apace of your life.

My pregnancy yoga classes at Bracklesham Barn are designed to help you feel supported, calm and quietly strong as you move through your second and third trimesters... surrounded by warmth and a sense of community 🤍
